The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 pm EST. Please plan to arrive at St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church by 2:45 pm EST to allow time to be comfortably seated before the procession begins.

The attire for our wedding day is black tie/formal. We request that gentlemen wear a tuxedo or dark suit and tie and ladies wear a floor -length or tea-length evening gown.

Yes! Due to space limitations, the rehearsal dinner will be an intimate event for family and wedding party only. EVERYONE is invited and encouraged to join us for welcome drinks at the Loews Hotel after the rehearsal dinner. The panoramic view of the city skyline from the 33rd floor is worth the visit! Please refer to the Weekend Timeline page for details.

Yes, transportation will be provided to and from the Loews Hotel and Elkins Estate. Shuttles will pick up guests at the Loews Hotel following the wedding ceremony and will also be available to transport guests back to the Loews Hotel after the reception. If you are driving yourself, please note that complimentary valet will be offered at the estate.

Yes, the drinks are on us but the hangover is on you! If you are not taking the complimentary transportation back to the Loews Hotel in Center City, please arrange transportation from the venue if you plan on drinking.
